I think it's a bad idea to limit user experience by providing a simple UI but limiting the user's freedom to tweak sound preferences as each individual's preferences are different. I cannot find my favorite sound preference no matter what options I chose with Nahimic 3 unfortunately. It actually sounds better after I turned off Nahimic 3. Please just bring back EQ feature back as the sound chip installed in MSI devices are already extraordinary and Nahimic 2 was already great.

I would also very likly have an equalizer in Nahimic software.

I am mostly using Nahjimic to tune the sound of my Mic and also like the 3d sound.

But I am using different Headphones and Speakers, which all need a bit of equalizer adjustments.

I also want the equalizer, I had Nahimic 2+, and what I used the most was the equalizer along with the virtual surround, but now that I had to update to nahimic 3 due to an update of my drivers, I realized that it no longer exists the equalizer, so now I don't know what to do since the equalizer really was what mainly gave me the best sound and that I could manipulate as I wanted.
Please bring back the equalizer !!

I made an account just to tell you guys how absolutely ridiculous and downright stupid that you guys are treating your user base like a toddler. WTF. Let us use the damn equalizer you %^$&^$%#$^&&^&^. Stupid MSI motherboard making me use this trash software. Upgrading motherboards asap. Don't buy MSI motherboards who force you to use this trash

Nahimc programmers are downright narcisists lmao fixing A PROBLEM THAT DOESNT EXIST

    Hi Jorvan,

Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
Adding audio equalizer in Nahimic 3 is something we really think about.
If you don't mind, we would really appreciate if you accept to answer the following questions to better understand the use of such Equalizer.

    1) First of all, could you share with us what is your main use of Nahimic 3?
    2) Secondly, what is the thing you like the most in the application?
    3) Last but not least, could you tell us more about why you would like to find some EQs in Nahimic 3?

You can answer as much as you want to these three questions, we love to hear feedback from you :)

    Thanks a lot.

I am using an ASUS DGX sound card because you don't offer a simple equalizer while the old Xonar DGX audio center does.

My headphones are Superlux HD 681 EVO, they have a little too much bass and I can adjust it with an equalizer.

Recently I decided to update Realtek driver, but I did not find an equalizer in it. Instead, it suggested that I install Nahimic 3 from MS Store. I installed it, everything works fine, but there is a great lack of an equalizer for flexible sound adjustments to my preferences.

I can't see why anyone would NOT want an equaliser allowing control of specific frequencies to get the optimal sound. How can Nahimic hope to offer this through "smart experience through words / clickable presets", when there is going to be a huge variation in hardware, room acoustics, software being used etc that is unknow to Nahimic? This sounds like spin and I suspect the real reason it's not offered is that you don't want to spend the money to develop the software. I won't be using the onboard sound of my expensive motherboard until this feature is added to your software and I can make a real comparison to my sound card software. Currently Nahimic 3 is miles behind a 10 year old sound card for this reason alone. Can we have the equaliser please?

    Hi Musiclovinglizard,

Thanks for your comment, it helps us to bring new features for the future of the app. If the EQ is what you really need, indeed you will not find it in the app for now. But we hope to provide a high-quality 3D sound and new feature as the Device Calibration to provide you a new audio experience with your devices.

I hope we will be able to answer your needs by adding more Advanced features in the future.

    Stay tuned :)

    Timothée from Nahimic
